Dr Jeremy Chin is a registered Specialist Orthodontist with more than two decades of experience creating healthy, confident smiles. He is certified by both the General Dental Council (United Kingdom) and the Western Australian Dental Board, reflecting his internationally recognised specialist qualifications and commitment to delivering the highest standard of orthodontic care.
As the Director and Principal Orthodontist at Perfect Smiles Orthodontics, Dr Chin has been providing specialist orthodontic treatment to patients across Perth since 2006. He established his practice with a vision of combining clinical excellence, advanced technology, and personalised care. Today, he leads a highly trained team of orthodontic hygienists and dedicated support staff at the practice’s Morley and Ballajura locations.
Dr Chin’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Sheffield, England (1997), a Fellowship in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of England and Edinburgh, and a Master of Science (in Orthodontics) from King’s College, London (2003). Dr Chin has also worked in Maxillofacial departments in hospitals in Rotherham and Canterbury in the UK.
With his 20 plus years in practice, Dr Chin is now one of the most experienced orthodontists in Perth. He specialises in interceptive treatment for children as well as full fixed appliance therapy for teenagers and adults. He has successfully treated a host of orthodontic problems such as underbites, overbites, crossbites and overjets. He is also experienced in assessing and managing complicated cases involving impacted teeth, proclined incisors and narrow upper jaws.
His meticulous attention to detail and genuine commitment to helping every patient has helped many patients achieve a healthy, functional, and perfect smile.
